Today, a small staff of workers around the country oversees the nationwide youth and family activities of DiscoveryBound.

The A/U Field Department is committed to building, strengthening, and supporting local chapters. These individual, volunteer-run chapters have authority in selecting activities for their area in accordance with the DiscoveryBound purpose.

DiscoveryBound provides a support infrastructure to facilitate the organization and implementation of chapters through training, resource materials, insurance coverage for local activities, campership funds for all CS summer camps, guidance with programming and assistance with volunteer management.
